contemplating where your clothing comes from is a good beginning

so have you ever considered your favorite blue-jeans were once a living plant?

well the truth is – they definitely were.

taking a moment to reflect on where your clothing comes from is very similar to being curious about where your food comes from.

local, foreign or have no idea, handcrafted, machine-made, certified organic, sprayed with pesticides, genetically modified etc.

take a moment and look at your top, sweater, dress, jeans, yoga pants etc and visualize all the ingredients/people coming together to produce it.

it is a fascinating exercise in learning MORE about yourself AND your ongoing relationship to your clothes.
