Delivery & Shipping
Your order will be filled as promptly as possible. Orders are processed on weekdays and ship within 2 to 10 days. Deliveries will be made via Canada Post. Goods will be delivered according to their availability. In case of incomplete delivery, only the goods delivered will be charged. laura chenoweth organic apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Parcels sent within Canada – $12 – parcels sent to United States – $20 Parcels sent to International Destinations – $30
Exchanges & Refunds
laura chenoweth organic apparel guarantees the quality of its products and your satisfaction. If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact info@laurachenoweth.com no later than 7 days upon receipt. All orders requiring an exchange or return require prior approval by laura chenoweth organic apparel.
- All goods must be returned unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached along with a copy of your original invoice.
- Please indicate on the back of invoice, the reason for your return.
- In case goods are not available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed.
- All refunds to your credit card account will take place within 10 days of receiving the returned items.
- Please note it can take up to 7 additional days for the credit to appear on your credit card account.
- Payments made by Paypal will be refunded using PayPal. -In case of returns, shipping costs are at the customers charge.
